Movie in Korea.
I watch the Hunger games: catching fire yesterday !
I am a major fan of the hunger games trilogy.
Although the movie failed me big time, i guess jennifer lawrence managed to resurrect it.
But I will gladly stick to the book version.
So, the last time I went to a movie in Korea was ... 3 years ago ?
(You can prolly tell I am totally not a movie person)
The last time I went to Megabox at Coex and this year I went to the one at Dongdaemun ~

In Seoul alone, there are around 6 branches of Megabox, its pretty hard to miss it.
So happily, 2 days after the opening, i went to megabox to get tickets, i got the ticket 1 hour before showing and from E all the way to the back, the seats were all full. ):
So here, it is! Our ticket!
Sometimes the Korean's recycling movement really faze me.
The tickets can really get more budget. Ohwells.

One peeve that i have of Korea's movie watching culture is the food.
Instead of just the usual popcorn, they have GARLIC popcorn, well, if the smell is not pungent enough, they also have freshly grilled to dried cuttlefish and baked egg.
Some cinema in Korea have english subtitles as well, especially CGV and Lotte Cinema.
Generally the tickets are priced
Regular movies :
성인(Adult): 8,000원 (on Fri, Sat, Sun, and public holidays: 9,000원)3D movies
청소년(Teen): 7,000원
아동(Child): 6,000원
조조(Matinée) (Morning movies): 5,000원
심야(Late night) movies (12am-5am): 6,000원
Adult: 13,000원
Teen: 10,000원
Matinée (Morning movies): 8,000원
